Shipping Policy:
We tend to ship beverages via UPS and gummies via USPS, depending on size of order. Shipping on gummies is free, but there is a shipping fee for beverages. ($4.20 per 4pk, $12.60 per 12pk.) Shipping within MN takes 2 business days unless we're running into delays. Out of state shipping can take 5-7 business days. Tracking information is sent via email, please check your spam. If needed, reach out to info@minnygrown.com and we'll be happy to provide a tracking link. Please expect longer shipping times during sales due to increased volume of orders. There may be delays with beverage shipping if the temperature at our HQ is below 0 degrees F. Thank you!

Terms of Online Sale:
Additional and complete terms of online purchase will be provided at checkout. By agreeing to the following terms of online sales you understand that the products purchased from this site contain phytocannabinoids (cannabinoids) derived from hemp oil that was legally produced under state and federal law. Our manufacturing facility is food grade and manufactured according to cGMP standards for the food industry.
None of our products have been tested by the FDA. We make absolutely no claims as to the potential benefits of our product. If you make a purchase on the site you are doing so at your own risk and upon your research and opinions as to the potential benefits of Minny Grown ™ products. Your completed transaction at checkout means you understand the terms of this online sale section.
Refund Policy:
All Minny Grown ™ products have a 30-day customer satisfaction warranty. If the customer is not satisfied as to any Minny Grown™ product, return the unused portion of the product along with an explanation as to why you were unsatisfied with it. If we receive your purchase and explanation within 30 days, we will issue a full refund to the customer. Your completed transaction at checkout means you understand this refund policy.
Damaged Products:
All of our products are carefully inspected before leaving our facility. Upon the delivery of your order, please inspect the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product that is damaged upon inspection.
