    I’m really liking the Hibernate 2.0 I’ve had chronic insomnia for years tried everything with no help even tried sleeping pills which did get me to sleep, but I knew they weren’t good for me the Hibernate got me off the sleeping pills.So the Hibernate has really been helpful for me getting to sleep still wake up several times a night, but usually can get back to sleep ok
